Targeted Employee Support
Sometimes the physical symptom, is only part of the picture.
1:1 and team support for employees experiencing persistent physical symptoms, sustained pressure, overwhelm or health-related absence.
A whole-person, mind-body approach that works alongside medical, occupational health and existing workplace support.
When an employee needs a different kind of support
Still working, but struggling
Persistent physical symptoms, pain, fatigue, overwhelm or sustained pressure are making it harder to cope day to day.
Off work or struggling to return
They may have medical or Occupational Health support in place, but still be dealing with symptoms, fear, reduced confidence or uncertainty about returning.
A team or leadership group under sustained pressure
Practical education and tools to understand how pressure can affect the brain, body, behaviour, communication and decision-making.
Bodiescope can provide targeted 1:1 support for individuals, alongside practical education and workshops for teams and leaders.
A different kind of employee support
Bodiescope looks beyond the immediate symptom to understand the wider picture.
I combine a whole-person mind-body approach with a structured, process-led way of working.
That means we:
-
Understand what the person is experiencing
-
Explore what may be contributing
-
Use practical tools and therapeutic approaches suited to the individual
-
Track what is changing and what is helping
The aim is not simply to help someone cope. It is to help them better understand their experience and have practical ways to move forward.
Bodiescope works alongside appropriate medical care, Occupational Health and existing workplace support.
When health starts affecting work, the whole picture matters
Physical symptoms are real, but stress, fear, past experiences and nervous-system responses can also affect how someone copes.
Bodiescope adds a more individual, integrated layer of support alongside medical care and Occupational Health.
Meet Sinéad
I bring together two sides of my experience: 13 years in corporate environments, including Microsoft, and specialist training in mind-body therapy, human behaviour and persistent physical symptoms.
My approach is structured and process-led. I look beyond the immediate symptom to understand the wider picture, then use practical, personalised approaches to support what the individual is experiencing.
I work alongside appropriate medical care, Occupational Health and existing workplace support.

Your Pathway to Collaborating with Me
1. Assess the Support Need
We discuss the employee, team or leadership need and whether Bodiescope is the right fit.
2. Agree the right support
That may be 1:1 support, a workshop, or a tailored combination.
3. Deliver and Review
Support is delivered with clear boundaries, agreed outcomes and review points where appropriate.
When coaching is not enough
Coaching can be valuable for performance, confidence and leadership.
But sometimes an employee is dealing with something more complex, such as persistent physical symptoms, poor sleep, overwhelm, fear, exhaustion or sustained pressure.
My work looks beyond performance goals to support the whole person in a structured, personalised way.
A Structure, Process-Led Approach
Bodiescope combines a structured, process-led way of working with evidence-informed understanding of the brain, nervous system and mind-body connection.
The aim is to look beyond the immediate symptom, understand what may be contributing, tailor the support and review what is changing.
Process Led Thinking
My Six Sigma training shapes how I work: establish where someone is, understand what may be contributing, introduce the right support and review what changes.
Neuroscience Informed
I use current understanding of stress, threat, learned responses, attention and the nervous system to help make sense of what someone may be experiencing.
Whole person support
We look beyond the physical symptom to consider the emotional, behavioural and physiological factors that may also be part of the picture.
Practical Tools & Strategies
Individuals and teams leave with practical approaches they can use in everyday situations, not simply information to take away.
How 1:1 and team support works:
Baseline Emotional Wellbeing Assessment:
We begin by understanding the individual or team’s current emotional wellbeing, pressures, symptoms and what they would like to change.
Look beyond the physical symptom
We explore what may be contributing to the experience, including stress, fear, emotional responses, learned patterns, past experiences and how symptoms are affecting day-to-day life.
Tailored Neuroscience informed support:
Support is adapted to the individual or team using evidence-informed mind-body approaches within a structured, process-led framework.
Practical Strategies for Lasting Change:
People leave with practical tools they can use in everyday situations, alongside review points to understand what is helping and what is changing.
My process combines structured assessment with evidence-informed therapeutic tools to look beyond the physical symptom, explore what may be contributing and support meaningful, lasting change.

Customer Success Stories
From Chronic Pain to Full Capacity & Renewed Performance
Learn More
Years of chronic pain and debilitating fatigue were beginning to affect her energy, workload and ability to perform consistently.
Through 1:1 mind-body work, we explored the stress responses, emotional patterns and learned responses that may have been adding to her experience.
The Outcome:
- Significant reduction in pain
- More energy and clearer thinking
- Greater capacity to manage work and daily life
- Improved confidence in her ability to cope
Why this matters for HR:
High-performing employees can continue to function while privately struggling with significant physical and emotional strain. The right support can help before that strain has a greater impact on their health or ability to work.
Reduced Absenteeism Risk & Restored Emotional Stability

Chronic back pain and rising emotional strain were affecting her focus, energy and ability to manage competing demands at work and home.
Through 1:1 support, we explored the stress responses, emotional patterns and learned responses that may have been contributing to her experience.
The Outcome:
- Reduced pain and overwhelm
- Greater ability to manage workload
- More consistent focus and presence
- Improved confidence under pressure
Why this matters for HR:
An employee can remain in role while carrying a significant level of physical and emotional strain. Targeted support can help them function more sustainably before things escalate further.
From Quiet Overwhelm to Sustainable High Performance
Learn More
A successful professional appeared to be coping, yet privately struggled with anxiety, emotional overload, and escalating physical symptoms. These internal pressures were eroding her confidence and performance sustainability.
Using neuroscience-based methods, we uncovered the emotional triggers activating her stress response and hindering her performance. Resolving them allowed her nervous system to shift back to a grounded, resilient state.
The Outcome:
-
Significant reduction in anxiety and overwhelm
-
Stronger confidence, clarity, and self-belief
-
Improved communication and leadership presence
-
Sustainable performance without burnout
-
Renewed stability across professional and personal life
Why this matters for HR:
Top performers often carry hidden emotional load. Addressing root causes supports retention, avoids burnout, and strengthens leadership impact.
