Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These Terms of Use apply to visitors using the public website at https://bodiescope.com.

1. About BodieScope

Sinéad Doohan, trading as BodieScope, operates this website as a sole trader based in Stepaside, Dublin 18, Ireland. BodieScope provides integrative mind–body therapy for women experiencing pain, ongoing symptoms or overwhelm, and employee and team support for organisations.

2. Purpose of the website

This website provides general information about BodieScope, its services, approach, client experiences, research references and free resources. Content is provided for information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Please continue to work with your healthcare professionals and discuss any changes to medication or medical treatment with them.

3. Not an emergency service

BodieScope cannot respond to urgent or emergency situations through this website, email or booking forms. If you are in crisis or your safety is at risk, please contact the emergency services on 112 or 999, or call Samaritans free on 116 123.

4. Client experiences and results

Client stories, testimonials and case studies on this website describe individual experiences and the changes those clients reported. Every person’s experience is different, and they do not guarantee or predict a particular outcome.

5. Separate service arrangements

Descriptions of services and potential benefits on this website are not a binding offer or guarantee of a particular result. Sessions, programmes and organisational engagements are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking or in a separate written agreement covering responsibilities, fees, cancellations and other applicable terms. These Terms of Use govern website access, not the delivery of paid services.

6. Permitted use

You may access the website, read its information and download materials made publicly available for lawful personal use or, for organisations, internal evaluation of our services. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious software, infringe the rights of others or use its content unlawfully or misleadingly.

7. Intellectual property and resources

Unless stated otherwise, original text, branding, images, videos, audios, worksheets and other materials on this website are owned by, or licensed to, Sinéad Doohan, trading as BodieScope. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

Free resources may be downloaded for your own personal use. Commercial redistribution, reproduction, adaptation or presentation of our original materials as your own requires prior permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Research and external websites

This website refers to published research, professional guidance, external booking platforms, embedded videos, podcasts, reviews and other third-party websites. Research is presented for context and may have limitations or be updated over time. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third-party provider.

9. Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, information may change, become outdated or contain errors. We may amend or remove website content and features without prior notice and cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

10. Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on general website information without appropriate consideration of your own circumstances or advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits mandatory legal rights that apply to website visitors.

11. Personal data and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data relating to website visitors, enquiries and bookings. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website and how you can manage your choices. Both are available in the website footer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use if the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory legal rights applying to visitors. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
